Product Description

Updated midsole is now 100% DNA LOFT cushioning for an even softer, smoother ride.

The Brooks Ghost 14 is an everyday neutral training shoe and is a great starting point for most runners. In this update, the midsole has been improved to 100% DNA LOFT. This kind of midsole offers Brooks’ softest cushioning yet remains durable and doesn’t feel too squishy. This new midsole also makes for a better transition from heel to toe. The outsole has been improved for better durability. This includes the 3D stretch upper, which has much more definition and reinforcement in the toe cap. You can do a little bit of everything in the Brooks Ghost 14 and is a great shoe for beginners. The Ghost 14 is also Brooks first carbon-neutral shoe which shows great initiative from the brand!

The Brooks Ghost 14 is ideal for easy to steady paced running. If you’re looking for a faster shoe, checkout our range of lighting quick racing shoes here or try the Launch, if you are looking for more cushion and are going to try longer distances then we recommend the Glycerin.

Vegan Friendly

The Brooks Ghost 14 is part of our vegan friendly range of running trainers meaning it’s now easier than ever to be kind to your legs and feet with this versatile pair of vegan running shoes.

Vegan Friendly

The Fit

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we’re here to help ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort and to make sure you’re fully satisfied with your new trainers. To help prevent bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles we recommend going up at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size when selecting your next pair of running trainers. When you run your feet get hot and can expand, your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (approx half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoe) to ensure a comfortable fit and ride. If you’re unsure please contact us today or pop in to speak to one of our friendly team.

Running Bear Verdict 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥

You can’t go wrong with the Brooks Ghost 14. Each version improves the ride, whilst not effecting the shoes performance. It’s just as soft, offers amazing cushioning and ideal for day to day running, including a a mix of long, easy miles and perhaps even some steadier paced runs. It’s one of the most popular trainers in the Bears Den for a reason!
