Running Bear’s “Couch to 5K” is a fantastic way to start running – whatever your motivation.
Our 6 week programme will take you from complete beginner (no running) to running 5K and a Parkrun, and a whole new life!!
The hardest part of any journey is the first step – take it!
Join our friendly and supportive free six week course, running on either a Wednesday or Thursday at 6pm from outside the Running Bear shop. Just arrive 5 minutes earlier to make sure you’re ready to leave at 6. If you’d like to join the group please contact the shop on email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01625 582130. The sessions will be led by Carol Bird and Jordanna Vyse, very experienced runners who will be there to support you on your journey.
We will celebrate your success after your first full 5K run with a special Running Bear Certificate and a Running Bear Goody Bag!
