Super easy to use, the Ultimate Performance Hot/Cold pack is ideal for both cold and hot therapies. Filled with non-toxic gel that will retain heat or cold for a minimum of one hour, this pack is perfect to help aid recovery. The gel is easily heated in the microwave for 30 seconds or placed in hot water for 10 minutes and cooled by putting in the freezer for at least 10 minutes. When frozen, the gel will remain soft and flexible in temperatures as low as -20°C.
