You can pay in the shop in the following ways:

If you are unsure whether your order was successful please contact us on 01625 582130 from Monday to Saturday between 09.30 and 17.30 and 10.00 -16.00 on Sunday. Or you can email us at info@runningbear.co.uk.
Card Payments that have been refused may show as 'Pending' in your account. These funds have not been taken and will be returned to your available balance by your bank. Please contact the company that issues your card to find out why it may have been refused.

If you would like a VAT invoice please contact us and we can email you one.

We currently ship the United Kingdom. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us via info@runningbear.co.uk.

Standard shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48) normally takes 48hrs from posting. We also offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 which normally takes 24hrs from posting.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Over Christmas we have an extended returns period. Items purchased in December can be returned up to and including the 31st January.
