Christmas Delivery Times

Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year.. but we know it can also be stressful. 

From choosing the perfect presents, to ordering early enough to receive it on time and knowing our store opening times for those last-minute Christmas gifts.

Extended returns

Guessing the right size can be tricky, so we have extended our usual returns period for the festive season.  

Any gift bought for Christmas from the 22nd of November 2024 until the 24th of December, can be returned up until 31st January 2025, if it’s unwanted or unsuitable. They must be like new, in their original packaging. You will also need the original receipt/gift receipt.

If you don’t have the original receipt, we’ll only be able to offer an exchange or store credit.

Don't run out of time - last orders for Christmas delivery

• Tracked 48 Royal Mail - 18th December
• Tracked 24 Royal Mail - 20th December 

After these dates we cannot guarantee any orders will arrive in time for Christmas. Of course, you can still shop with us in store right up until 12pm Christmas Eve! See our Christmas hours below for your local Running Bear opening times over Christmas. 

Opening hours 

Both of our stores will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

All other days are as usual with the exception of early closures which are shown below.
