We know that buying running kit as a gift isn’t always easy - sizes, styles and preferences can be tricky. That’s why we’re happy to help make exchanges as smooth as possible this Christmas. If a gift isn’t quite right, no worries at all - we’re more than happy to exchange it for an alternative product.
Once we receive the item back, we’ll get your replacement sent out within 2 working days, so you’re back on track quickly. Please note that we’re unable to refund any postage costs, and there may be a small charge to ship replacement items back out to you. We also can’t offer cash refunds on gifted items - exchanges only - but we’ll always help you find something that works perfectly.

Online:
If you’ve received a physical or digital gift card, just enter the gift card code at checkout and the balance will be applied to your order automatically.
In-store:
Redeeming is just as easy. Simply show the gift card email on your phone at the till, or hand over your physical gift card, and our team will take care of the rest.
