CLIF Bar Chocolate Chip

CLIF BARs supply working muscles with the energy they need for extended periods of activity and they're easy to bring with you making it a perfect snack for when you're on the go or enduring a prolonged activity. However, for best results, the energy bars should be eaten one to three hours before exercise along with water to ensure you have the fuel you need to exert energy to working muscles. During prolonged lower intensity exercise, such as hiking or biking, the bars can be eaten during the activity to sustain energy and to keep you feeling your best.

Organic rolled oats, organic brown rice syrup, organic roasted soybeans, soy rice crips (soy protein, rice flour, barley malt extract), organic tapioca syrup, organic cane sugar, syrup, unsweetened chocolate, chicory fiber, organic soy flour, sunflower and/or soybean oil, salt, cocoa butter, organic cinnamon, and mixed tocopherols (antioxidant).
