Adidas Womens Adizero Adios Pro 5 - Race Day

Built for race day and designed to help you chase your next PB, the adidas Adizero Adios Pro 5 is a lightweight carbon-infused racing shoe made for fast road running. Combining responsive LIGHTSTRIKE PRO cushioning with adidas' new ENERGYRIM technology, the Pro 5 delivers a smooth, snappy ride with plenty of energy return to keep you moving efficiently through the miles.

LIGHTSTRIKE PRO Midsole

The lightweight LIGHTSTRIKE PRO foam provides a combination of responsive cushioning and high energy return, helping to absorb impact while giving each stride a springy, energetic feel. With more LIGHTSTRIKE PRO foam positioned directly beneath the foot, the Pro 5 is designed to deliver a smooth and efficient ride from start to finish.

ENERGYRIM Technology

Replacing the ENERGYRODS found in the previous generation, the carbon-infused ENERGYRIM provides stiffness through the midsole to support efficient transitions and powerful toe-offs. The updated construction allows more foam to sit directly underneath the foot while maintaining the snappy, responsive feel expected from a high-performance racing shoe.

LIGHTLOCK 2.0 Upper

The lightweight LIGHTLOCK 2.0 upper combines breathable ventilation zones with internal support to provide a secure, close-to-foot fit. A redesigned heel construction, flexible tongue and soft collar help keep the foot comfortably locked in during fast-paced efforts and longer races.

LIGHTTRAXION & Continental™ Rubber Outsole

The lightweight LIGHTTRAXION outsole helps keep the overall shoe weight down while providing reliable grip on the road. Continental™ rubber at the toe-off adds durable traction, helping you stay confident through each stride and transition.
