Created for World Mental Health Day, Running: Content Creator looks back to a time when running and content meant something different.
A lot has changed since 1995. Running content has inspired people to start, keep going and find a community around the sport. In its own way, it has created more runners. But back then, “running content” meant something else: the run itself was doing the creating. Space. Perspective. Routine. A better headspace. A feeling of contentment.
That’s why this T-shirt looks back. Not because running was better then, but because the meaning was different. Sometimes the most important content is the bit you keep for yourself.
Finished in the same vintage-inspired palette as vintage | green | heart racing SHYUs, it forms part of our 2026 World Mental Health Day collection.
World Mental Health Day falls on Melbourne Marathon weekend, just a week after Manchester Half. Two races in the two places SHYU is proud to call home.
Profits from every T-shirt will be split between Mind UK and Mind Australia, supporting mental health services across both sides of our running world.
A different kind of content creator.
