- Eat well before you start exercising and have one block (14g) within 30 minutes into your activity, take one 14g block every 20-30 minutes thereafter.
- Our KMC NRG BARs are easy to take, they dissolve in your mouth and leave a refreshing and slightly invigorating aftertaste, but we would still recommend having some water with them.
- It’s a good idea to mix it up with some GEL+ Caffeine energy gels. Caffeine is scientifically proven to boost your physical endurance. (…but don’t exceed the recommended GDA).
