Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes you'll need to return items to us. However, at Running Bear, we aim to please, so if you're not completely happy with your order, we'll do whatever we can to help.



Over the festive period, were extending our returns policy for items purchased from December 1st onwards, until the end of January 2024 both in store and online.


Purchased in Store

If you need to return an item purchased in our store, please return within 28 days from date of purchase with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Purchased Online

Most items can be returned for an exchange or a full refund within 28 days from the date of purchase, either by mail or in-store. Please complete the returns form that came with your order detailing the reason for the return and what action you'd like us to take, whether it be an exchange or refund.

We request that you use a recorded service that includes insurance for any returned items and that you retain your proof of postage.

All returns and exchanges made in store or online must reach us in a re-sellable condition - unwashed, unworn (except for the purposes of trying on) and in their original box with the original tags attached. Please do not tape or deface the product's packaging. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear, nutrition products, or items that have been customised or personalised.

We will notify you by email when we have received your return. Please allow 2 days for your refund/exchange to be processed.


In the case of an exchange, we will post your new item back out to you within 2 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse any postage costs. Please note that there will be a postage charge to ship the replacement goods to you.

Faulty Items

If you find a fault with your item or your item is not as described, please contact us on 01625 582130 or by email bear@runningbear.co.uk in the first instance.

We will, depending on the issue, process a refund or despatch a replacement. We will always reimburse the postage costs when replacing faulty items once the fault has been established.

When you are returning a faulty item, please ensure you complete the returns slip and that it is packaged sufficiently to survive damage during transit. We reccommend that returned items are sent on a recorded service that includes insurance. Please retain your proof of postage.


If you change your mind and do not wish to go ahead with your order, you can cancel within 14 days from the date we received your order. Should you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, please contact us by phone as soon as you can after placing your order to enable us to cancel before it's despatched. If the order has been despatched you'll need to wait until you receive your order and then follow our above returns procedure.
