Thank you for placing your order with Running Bear.  We understand that sometimes you’ll need to return items to us.  At Running Bear we aim to please, so if you’re not completely happy with your order, we’ll do whatever we can to help.

Our returns process is simple.  Please ensure that you complete the Returns Form overleaf, selecting the reason code for the item(s) you are returning.  Then place this form inside the parcel and return it within 28 days from the date of purchase.  You can return via mail or in-store.

We request that for any returned items sent by mail, that you use a recorded service that includes insurance and that you retain your proof of postage.

Returned items must reach us in a re-sellable condition – unwashed, unworn (except for the purposes of trying on – trainers indoors only) and in their original box with the original tags attached.  Please do not tape or deface the product’s packaging – thank you!

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear or nutrition products.

We will notify you by email when we have received your return. Please allow 2 days for your refund to be processed.  Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse any postage costs unless it’s a fault on our part.


In the case of an exchange, we will post your new item back out to you within 2 days.  Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse any postage costs.  Please note that there will be a postage charge to ship the replacement goods to you.


If you find a fault with your item or your item is not as described, please contact us on 01625 582130 or by email bear@runningbear.co.uk in the first instance.

We will, depending on the issue, process a refund or despatch a replacement.  We will always reimburse the postage costs when replacing faulty items once the fault has been established.

When returning a faulty item, please ensure you complete the enclosed returns form and that it is packaged sufficiently to survive damage during transit.  We request that returned items are sent on a recorded service that includes insurance.
