What Is Padel?
Padel is a fun, actioned packed and accessible racket sport for all abilities and ages. A complete beginner with little to no racquet skills can have fun and dynamic rallies, with help from the court surroundings.
How to choose a Padel Racket
Padel bats come in three different shapes – round, drop-shaped and diamond-shaped. We’d suggest starting out with a round bat as these will offer you the best control if you’re a beginner. Junior bats are also available for kids, which are slightly lighter and have a shorter grip to make them easier to use.
What should I wear?
There’s no dress code on the padel court – it’s all about wearing what you feel most comfortable in.
We’d suggest some kind of sports kit, your running kit will do just fine and a comfy pair of trainers are a good place to start. However Getting a proper pair of Padel Trainers can help with stability, grip and comfort.
