The New Balance Fresh Foam X Vongo v5 is a running shoe that is a great combination of softness and stability. A Fresh Foam XÂ midsole provides plush underfoot cushioning for the longer miles. The Stability within the shoe features in the midsole as a Medial support. while the upper offers a comfortable support throughout your run. Within the range of the New Balance support shoes here at the Bears Den, the Fresh Foam Vongo sits at the top of the pile. With the incorporation of Fresh Foam X cushioning, The heel to toe drop in the shoe sits at 8mm.

The Fit
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we’re here to help ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort and to make sure you’re fully satisfied with your new trainers. When you run your feet get hot and can expand, your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (approx half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoe) to ensure a comfortable fit and ride.
