The running data informed the crash pad placement at the heel of the shoe of hundreds of runners. It provides extra cushioning for heel-to-toe transitions, which helps runners who tend to overpronate. The information was also used to place cooling in the right places on the upper.

The durable rubber sole is built for mileage. Grooves in the forefoot create flexibility, and vertical grooves down the side help create stability.
