Yogi Bears – New Catch Up Service Launched!

As you know, every Sunday at 5:45pm we’ll be hosting a virtual yoga class with Clare Broomhead!

We know how busy life is – so for those who can’t make the Sunday Sessions we will post the videos to here on the Tuesday, so you can make sure you’re stretched and strong for your runs at whatever time suits you. Or if you enjoyed a session with Clare – you can do it all over again from here!

Open to all ages, our yoga is as inclusive as our club! So whether you’re new to yoga or class yourself as a ‘yogi bear’ – Clare will give you plenty of options to suit + make you feel at ease! See you guys there!
