Hip Flexor Stretch 👏

Feeling restricted in front of the hips can be a price to pay due to long hours sitting at a desk, driving long distances or even being in a sport that requires a hip driving movement. This mobility drill is a fairly advanced exercise, great for generating spinal mobility and creating hip extension. Key point – focus on extending the rear knee, and aim to point your heel to the floor; this combined with an upright posture will deepen the stretch.
