The Brooks Ghost 14 is a great everyday neutral training shoe. This shoe is very popular as it and is a great starting point for most runners. In this update, the midsole has been improved to 100% DNA LOFT. This midsole offers Brooks’ softest cushioning yet remains durable and doesn’t feel too squishy and makes for a better transition from heel to toe. The outsole has also been improved for better durability and includes a 3D stretch upper, which has much more definition and reinforcement in the toe cap. Runners can do a little bit of everything in the Brooks Ghost 14. The Ghost 14 is also Brooks first carbon-neutral shoe which shows great initiative from the brand!
